The BLFCA Method consists of the following:
1. Sending case documents. The client contacts us or visits our “Service Query” page. There they should define their case sufficiently and attach all attainable documents.
2. Case Study. When we receive a case, it is important for us to thoroughly evaluate it. Criteria upon which our judgment is based includes, without limitation, the field of service, location (local, regional, international), and external expenses – if any – such as travel or consulting experts excluding legal practitioners (i.e. doctors, engineers, auditors.) and any other related similar services.
3. Dispatch of our offer via email or by hand depending on circumstances
4. Receipt of the duly signed offer and Letter of appointment by client (Wekala).
5. Request for legal documents, including Power of Attorney.
6. Once the above mentioned is received, BLFCA shall undertake the tasks with optimum professionalism, we completely take care of you and your case – no worries; we are available 24/7.
7. Periodic report shall be transmitted by BLFCA that allocates resent development in connection with designated task(s)
8. We apply state-of-the-art technology and ICT applications to duly ensure the safe grade of all types’ of communication between us and our clients.
