– Mr. Rashdan S. Al-Rashdan
Mr. Al-Rashdan holds a Ph.D. from Egypt Mr. Al Rashdan is currently the Managing Partner at Al Baraka Law Firm, previously Dr Al Rashdan held position as Assistant professor Commercial Law – College of law – at Middle East University – Amman, Abu Dhabi University as well American University – Dubai. Mr. Al Rashdan attained an LLM in Commercial Law from the Arab Institute for Research and Studies – Egypt, as well as a diploma in Constitutional Law from the same institute. Mr. Al Rashdan attained his LLB in Law from the Beirut Arab University-Alexandria, Egypt. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Law at the Arab Institute for Research and Studies. He has been a member of the Jordanian Bar Association since 1997. Mr. Al Rashdan is also an international member of the American Bar Association – ABA, besides Mr. Al Rashdan is a certified mediator by the America bar Association – ABA and a member of the Jordanian Arbitrators Association, as well as a member of the Arab Society for Intellectual Property since 2006. He has 30 years of professional experience in Law including Litigation, Labor law, Commercial law, Real estate law and Intellectual property. Mr. Al Rashdan has broad legal knowledge of G.C.C laws.
– Mr. Fayez S. Darabsheh
Mr. Darabsheh attained his LLB in Law from Al Ahliyya University – Jordan in 1995. He has been a Jordanian Bar Association member since 1996 and has also been a member of the Arab Society for Intellectual Property since 2006. Mr. Darabsheh is specialized in Jordanian Corporate; Commercial, Civil, Business, Labor and Real estate development property, Civil Code and other national and international laws Mr. Darabsheh has an ample practicing experience in legal drafting instruments. He has over 29 years of experience working in Jordan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and is very well acquainted with their respective regulations and administrative practices. Mr. Darabsheh has a very good command of the Arabic, English and German languages and has excellent computing skills.

Mr. Naif Abu Alim
Admitted 2001, Mr. Abu Alim holds an LL. B from the University of Jordan, and an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Commercial Arbitration from the University of Aberdeen – UK. He possesses considerable experience in conducting legal studies and research, providing legal consultancy in the fields of Commercial Law, International Trade Law, and Intellectual Property (including Trademarks, Trade Secrets, Copyright, Patents, Designs, Competition Law and Domain Name Dispute Resolution). He specializes in the field of contract law, with expertise in negotiation, drafting, reviewing and consulting on major international business contracts including, without limitation, franchise, distribution, commercial agency, IP licensing and technology transfer agreements, as well as corporate and international joint venture agreements. Mr. Abu- Alim has several publications such as “The Fundamental Elements and Legal Aspects of a Franchise Agreement”, “The Private International Law Aspects of Electronic Commerce”, and “Cybersquatting & Intellectual Property”. He Member of the Jordan Bar Association (JBA), Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP).
Mr. Mohamad Bani Hani
Mr. Mohammad Bani Hani attained his BA At Law from Kent University U.K with honors, with exceptional experience in Litigation as he attained specialized courses in international pleading from London College U.K. Mr. Bani Hani is a registered lawyer in California Bar State U.S.A since 2015. Moreover, Mr. Bani Hani participated in legal education program at George Town University D.C. Mr. Bani Hani is a practicing lawyer at Jordanian Bar Association SINCE 2015.
Mr. Mohamad Al Hawi
Mr. Mohamad AL Hawi attained his B. A in Law from Jordan University 2010, Mr. Al Hawi was admitted at Jordanian Bar Association in 2012. Mr. Al Hawi primary area of practice is in Real Estate land acquisition as well Mr. Al Hawi as extensive experience in Penal court and related legislation. Moreover, Mr. Al Hawi has excellent experience in Tenancy cases.
